I have not looked at it but another one worth checking would be MEX and a TACA flight from there. Also worth checking fares from LAX or even JFK to SJO. It has been a long time I flew them but Taca used to offer some very low business fares ex North-America. Fairly ordinary business class (think nondescript US domestic 'First' class) but the price was right.
