No excuse for staff "letting rip" (or whatever), but in all my visits to T2 (and those of other posters it seems) I have never seen EVA staff behave this way. Plenty of other EVA staff around to see them do it too. Not a great career move.
1) It is obvious there was a communication problem.
2) It also seems obvious that it wasn't a normal reaction at T2.
Can't see why it's such a big thing. Are you still furious and embarrassed? (If not and you miss being furious, you could always try being gold for 7 years on Evergreen Club!)
It appears OP has not got the sympathy vote yet and until that happens I guess he will keep going on about his feelings of furious and embarrassed.
like you say there is no way an EVA agent would act like this in front of so many other staff and I find it very hard to take that this actually happened but more like the OP seems to enjoy keeping this thread running
