You can only buy your way into an ANA lounge when flying on an NH flight code - it is ￥5000 per person.
You may also get access if you buy an RCC one day pass, but I think only then if you are on a *A flight.

Anyway, I thought that AA fly from Terminal 2 and ANA's lounges are all in Terminal 1, so that might prove a bit tricky.
