On international flights, BusinessFirst is always a flat bed on 777s and international 757s. On the non-reconfigured 767s, BusinessFirst offers significantly more recline and legroom than domestic first, and better service and lounge access. The products aren't comparable except on some services to Hawaii that are branded as BusinessFirst, but have standard domestic first service.
