I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to this:

Am about to book a NH ticket to LAX via the NH site but online it says "Be aware that inter-airport transit will occur. [ Tokyo(Haneda) - Tokyo(Narita) ]".

Does that mean that inter-airport transfer is included or do we have to incur the cost ourselves to transfer in between airports?

Any advice appreciated. Thanks
