Should I call the PCR customer service number found on the PC website? Or the general reservation number?
I also got the dreaded Blank page people are complaining about, for the first time today. I found the work around is to access the account details via the link from individual hotel group's site. I have to go to Crowne Plaza website to pull up my existing award reservations as apparently the hotel has touched the reservations so now they are unviewable online from the PCR site, but still viewable from hotel group's site.
It is amazing how PC IT can be so messed up for so long.
