When we left for Hawaii 9 days ago there was no Free Night Cert emails. I shifted through all the emails arrived in the past 9 days, there is still NOTHING from PC - neither email address has received anything.

@soitgoes, did you mention that the PCR customer service rep was able to see your account and the free night cert attached to it? May be we need to call them Monday as I do want to replace a night at W Hong Kong by a night at ICHK.

Which number to call for redemption? Can someone who actually got the free night cert email post that number?
