Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for the replies regarding the restrictions.
Turns out I didn't have any issue with bringing an extra 200 sticks of ciggs.
I was talking to some Norwegian people on board, and they seemed to think that customs were more strict with alcohol than with tobacco - something totally opposite to how it works in my country (SIN).
But overall glad I managed to walk through without issues.
Will be passing through OSL again on Monday. I quite like the airport, with the wood flooring and clean design.
