I'm guessing DL.com is throttled. I almost never pay for GoGo, but I'll occasionally flick on my WiFi card if I'm bored on a flight and poke around on Delta for the hell of it. If I had to guess it's to throttled to keep people like me from consuming bandwidth using Delta.com
