I used to pay for the service when I could verify that the connection speed was reasonable at delta.com. They won't get my money anytime soon unless this issue is fixed.

Absolutely. The DL website is effectively useless on GoGo as you can't do anything useful (check flight status and gate information- VERY important - or flight search) without it timing out and giving you an error message. When this happened to me on my last flight on 10/5, i thought it was a fluke. Now that this thread has showed up, it shows the problem is systemic and lasting.

I've seen no notes on the DL.com about this. I'm really surprised DL IT hasn't addressed this issue.
