I've experienced slow connections to delta.com on Gogo. When you try to search for tickets the latency is so bad it goes back to the home screen with an error message.
Really poor marketing by delta and Gogo. Its just simple common sense to design the system so that thier own content takes priority and loads quickly.
Why should a customer have any faith in forking over money when they test it to find an usuable product?
I used to pay for the service when I could verify that the connection speed was reasonable at delta.com. They won't get my money anytime soon unless this issue is fixed.
