I had the same problem with one of my bookings. I found it easier. to just scan my passport and my ID and email it to them with the ticket details. ( I had used my ID name when opening my account, rather than passport). After that incident, I sent them a second email, to change my name on the account to match my passport rather than ID, again attaching that scanned image.
Did they change the names in the account? I have to always add my middle name on the bookings because i have it on my M&S account and the system is not clever enough to notice this. I have one upcoming booking where expedia somehow cut my name and my middle name is missing the last letter. Interesting to see if i get the miles automatically. Topped my skype and ready for some nice conversation with call center!
