I am only green and I hope they can print out a new one for me. I still have my Asia Miles card, so I am able to still collect AM. The MC club card isn't that useful for me as even if I go to the counter I will tell them I am a member without showing my card. Just would be better if i had the physical card.

I am not sure if this is helpful but when I changed my name (I was GREEN at that time), I called MPC and requested them to update my details. They have then sent me a new card with new luggage tags free of charge. I reckon if you call them and say, request them to add/remove your middle name?
