I would think they would try to operate routes where there is no partner to carry the passengers.
CDG-DEL operated to today with a 25 minute delay.
Two ARN-CDG operated too. One arrived at CDG with an 8 minute delay and the other arrived early. The other two flights have not been cancelled.
It's possible that the senior staff that get to pick the most lucrative routes are probably more likely to strike. Destinations that are not sought after go to those without much seniority. They might continue to operate in order to advance themsekves.
P.S. This is all speculation on my part.
