Sorry, anyone who defends a baggae handler watching a game rather than doing his job would probably be better off camping out with Occupy Wall Street. Its their job. They can DVR it if they want. But their job is to unload bags. The passengers obviously didn't care enough to change their flight to watch their game. And they are entitled to normal service.
