Has anyone had any experience with ua flight posting to your kf account.

I am booked SYD-SFO-HNL-LAX-SYD and qualify for KF elite silver about 2 hrs into the syd-sfo, so i was trying to secure a poverty plus (E+) seat on the remaining flts providing the first flight is credited within a week or two.
