This was my Book the Cook selection from SIN-TPE. I thought it was nice... although I will say that Ive never had the real thing in Kyoto so I guess Im not very qualified to compare. The presentation was very elaborate, light years of what UA offered in their Bento boxes. The best thing I liked about it was the fact that its a very light meal. I would encourage all of you that enjoy Japanese fare to give it a try... definately something different.
