BrewerSEA says. FJ offers counter upgrades on their longhaul (LAX-NAN or return) flights to Tabua Class for US $750. Too bad - they used to offer them USD 750 LAX-NAN, and the return in FJD (the FJD is about $1.75 to one USD.)
NAN-SYD (or - BNE or -MEL) would be additional dollars, but I don't recall what they ask.
Of course, this depends on availability, but it's never failed for me, even on AA codeshares.
