Exactly.... But the talk around town has been about the establishment of a budget airline - I think they're called ValuAir. The problem for them (as it was for AirAsia) is that landing fees at Changi are high enough to bust the profit margin. WHich makes me wonder how they plan to go anywhere at all if it is true as reported that Changi's landing fees are the lowest is the region, only KLIA is cheaper.

Anyway, AirAsia has been doing a major media blitz for their Senai-KUL service and supposedly selling very well. I don't understand the attraction though. For the hassle I'd rather take a luxury coach, the price is about the same and probably the time as well!
