Appreciate anyone's thoughts on this. I used to fly MSY-PHL frequently in addition to PHL-MAN but since my relocation to Manhattan there was no longer a reason to fly US, hence the expiration. With a relo. and new job I was just to busy to stay on top of this!

Anyway seems like a pretty crap deal paying the same for 53K as I would 99K and $100 more than if I had 49K! But like most I suppose the thought of not using those miles after hours of misery flying US makes me mad!
