Complain to whomever you want. I don't think it makes much difference. But the baggage handlers are probably AA workers.


I assume your guess of the baggage handlers watching TV was just a guess, right? Did the on-site rep actually know and say they were watching TV?


If they were going to be watching the game, it would make more sense to take care of that flight as fast as possible and watch the 9th and extras, anyways. Great game, though.
