Our flight arrive on-time (actually a few minutes early). It was late at night and DFW was quite empty. However, Rangers v. Cardinals were at the 8th inning (which I found out later) and after 40 minutes, the baggage mover has not even been turned on. Finally we had to complain to the on-site rep, who eventually called the baggage handlers to get off their TV.
Most of us only checked in our carry-on because the flight was 100% packed; every middle seat was seated.
So who do I complain to, AA or DFW airport?
