JFK by far.

The lounge staff at Newark are very nice, but that's about it. The lounge facilities themselves are in a different class to JFK. I've found the check-in process and check-in staff attitude to be poor at Newark compared with JFK.

If you have a choice, then it's no real choice at all - JFK all the way.
