I can understand why you might say that. I have more of a bewildered mistrust of it. On each of three occasions during Summer when I passed through T3 Fastrack, the regular lines were noticeably shorter. Copying several others, I skipped round the ropes and joined the regular lines. One time this was much to the dislike of the controller of flow of regular customers. Guy I was following told him to ensure that Fastrack "did what it said on the tin" or less polite words to that effect.
