Thalys Ticketless Problem
Hi all,
I purchased 2 Thalys tickets online with ticketless delivery some time ago and I only received one ticket with one QR code. At booking time I put my email and my girlfriend's email for passenger 1 and 2 respectively however she never received her ticket. I have searched high and low on the website and I can't seem to find any way to get the ticket resent. I have also tried emailing but the site keeps throwing a script error on submit and calling (+32 70 66 77 88) yet it rings and rings.
We will be taking this train from Brussels to Paris next week so I am really hoping I can get it sorted. Thanks in advance for your help.
