I personally would take the Limousine Bus to Shibuya and transfer to a taxi, as long as this did not entail a long wait at HND for the bus. Especially with bags, I find the Limousine Busses much easier than trains when transferring to taxis.

Otherwise, I would take a taxi directly to the GH. This option may be a good idea anyway, as it might not be that much more expensive in this case than two Limousine Bus tickets + taxi. Traffic should not be bad that late in the evening.

A taxi from HND to the hotel could be as low as ¥6000~, so it is quite economical with two passengers.
