After living in SE Asia for over a year, I accumulated over 50,000 Agoda Rewards points. I am now living back in US and realized that the points (worth about $100) will expire in December this year. I have a trip coming up to RDU and was looking for a hotel near the airport to burn the points. Found a hotel on Agoda, followed the instructions and never offered the opportunity to use my rewards.

Can someone tell me - forgive me - step-by-step how to make an award booking and if there are some kind of restrictions as to where/what kind of property accepts award reservations. Agoda website is unusually AWFUL with this process.
