You must have had the same crew I had in August, although I was in FIRST class--I posted my experiences on FlyerTalk and emailed United about how miserable the flight attendants were AND the fact that it was an old 777 with a flight attendant asking me "Wanna watch a movie?" and showing me a cardboard box full of tapes. It is awful. I'm never flying United again on this route--in first class no less!
