That is actually the same promise that SQ check in agent in SFO gave me when I checked in for my SFO-ICN flight. She said that she will page me should they need to open my suitcase.

I asked because I was paranoid at that time after one of my TUMI check in luggage was screened after check-in in FRA (FRA-JFK). There was a hole (looked deliberate--as if the ballistic nylon was drilled or something like that). The lock was damaged.
