We have taken international "Business First" on Continental twice between the U.S. and Sao Paulo. Excellent service. It's called that because there is no mid-grade biz class as there is on United for similar routes. We were in the top grade. 2-1-2 seating in a 767. The disappointment, if any, was when we were in First Class on the domestic flights: seats were wide enough, but not as comfortable as those on the international flight (except for leathr vs. cloth seats). On United between theU.S. and Brazil, there is a first class, and biz class, and economy. But, of course, some of the above posts using "CO" are referring to Copa, which uses 737s. Leather seats, but certainly nothing like the space in a Continental biz-first 767.
