Right to use President's Clubs before and after the rlights (and the RCC in GRU). The disappointment, if any, was when we were in First Class on the domestic flights: seats were wide enough, but not as comfortable as those on the international flight (except for leathr vs. cloth seats). On United between theU.S. and Brazil, there is a first class, and biz class, and economy. But, of course, some of the above posts using "CO" are referring to Copa, which uses 737s. Leather seats, but certainly nothing like the space in a Continental biz-first 767.
You're confusing BizFirst, a longhaul business class product, with International Business Class, which is the name for what is otherwise called domestic first when it operates internationally.
