I used boltbus.com to travel NYC-BOS-NYC last year for $20 RT. Free wifi and more comfortable seating than a CR2. It was 4 hours one way and I'd do it again for that price. So, I can see that hurting Delta for sure as long as megabus.com has the same ameneties as long as it were for personal travel. I'd never ride the bus for business travel.
