I've not had a problem carrying a large(er) zip-loc that has a collection of smaller snack-sized bags with the vitamins/supplements parsed out by day. A 4 day trip might have 8 snack-bags with 8-10 supplements/pills each. Plus one with asprin.

I don't typically take them through customs, however, especially foreign customs.

Let's hope FDA doesn't decide to regulate or ban supplements, which would give TSA something else to dragnet for.
