The banner advertising on BA.com appears to be handled by DoubleClick (part of Google) - and as such they don't necessarily pre-approve everything that appears there. There are links to provide feedback on the ads, though - perhaps BA aren't aware of them yet and it might be worth dropping them a line to say so.
