Could someone explain to me how the OP is calling Orlando a zoo? Orlando is _always_ a top 5 airport in the JD Power survey, every single time.

Anecdotaly, I admit I have never flown out of JFK, but compared to airports I've used: LAX, SFO, LAS, MIA, ORD, ATL to name a few, MCO is a dream.

Another anecdote: last time I was in the MCO security line, last month, the elderly couple behind me couldn't stop telling me how much better MCO was vs. the airport they'd come from: PHL.
