NRT is surprisingly good. I always have lower expectations here than ICN, HKG or SIN and while it's obviously older, everything is well-organised and moves quickly enough. I've been to NRT 7 times this year and I always had a great experience. ^ to Japanese efficiency. The connecting security line for UA flights is pretty busy but there's 3 Premier Access lines which makes it easy for elite/C/F passengers. The RCC is a bit of a zoo though. Fortunately it's huge so you can at least find a place to sit.
My limited experiences at ATL (other than the fact I was flying DL) have been okay, it's not bad considering an airport of its size.
Off topic, but I had a long layover at NRT, so was able to try out the RCC and the ANA lounge. The latter was most definitely much nicer.
