I've been reading up on the JAL Lounge policy on their website, and remain confused. I'm flying SFO to HND. Am an American Airline Exec Plat, One World Emerald, flying business class. Am I able to use the HND First Class Lounge and Arrivals Lounge?

I arrive at 10:15 PM. Is it feasible to go to a hotel in Tokyo that late from the airport, or should I just grab a convenient local hotel near the airport and go to Tokyo in the AM? Suggestions are much appreciated.
