The PTV is a bit larger on the -300 for both J and F, if I remember correctly. The -300 is bigger, and therefore less intimate than the -200 (don;t know if they increase the number of girls to compensate for the larger cabin).
Another quirk is the F-class table - you have to push a button for it to pop out on the -300, which is not the case with the -200.
