Both points pretty obvious... MCO is like the leisure airport, filled with clueless passengers who slow things down. Small airports aren't like this because they're small by definition!

Airports I would describe as "zoos" would be LAX, ORD, JFK, LHR and CDG. There are some bad major airports out there which suck but aren't busy enough to qualify as "zoos" imo.
