I'm traveling to London for two weeks in December and January. We've been told to try and limit our baggage to just one carry on. Because of the subway and the distance we'll be walking, our instructor reccomended a duffelbag. I found one for a decent price, but it is 2 inches too high according to American Airlines. The bag's measurements are: 20X10X11. American airlines says 45 inches total with none to exceed: 22" long x 14" wide x 9" high. I dont plan on packing it completely full (we'll have a laundry oppurtunity) so I was wondering if it would be too big of an issue? The only dimension that's too large is the 2 inches for the height and the total measurement would still only be 41 inches. Can anyone give me any advice?
