Looks like it is not Bally but La Prairie - or at least somebody who pretends to be La Prairie who believes the Swiss Kit is a fake.

Ebay seems not to check but just removes the auctions when they get a request and refer to the requester, in this case [email protected]
They don't give a name or a 'real' address and [email protected] does not respond.

Not sure if the requester is a fake himself - it seems unlikely that La Prairie is using a gmx.ch email address and not their own domain.
