Literally everytime I've had the displeasure of flying continental has been one bad flight after another. I'm flat out disgusted this over-hyped basket case of an airline won all those awards and flaunts themselves as the best thing since sliced bread. The arrogant attitude, especially now that we have to deal with it from $mi$ek, is atrocious.

Because, quite frankly, we aren't going to settle for crap. Of course you want us to stop complaining and move on, you as a CO flyer, benefit from all the crapinentalization of the airline, while we longtime UA flyers are having mud flung at us by the airline. That's now we UA flyers work. I will not settle, stop, or "move on" when I feel the airline is trash, and they are. I will not settle for half-assed rewards, product, livery, CEO, seats, blankets, coffee, upgrades, you name it. It is our right to complain until the wackos up on Wacker Drive hear our message and do something about it. Until then, you'll see the new continental get critiqued to the hill.
^^^^ Exactly...

There is nothing wrong with this thread. PMUA FTs have always been more expressive and vocal about their viewpoints, myself included. In my reading of the CO forum there appears to be a lot more of a "Loving" attitude towards the airline. Our friends from CLE and IAH need to understand that we are a vocal bunch and we do so to make improvements to a product we have provided a great deal of money to. Will some leave? Absolutely... some today, and others (like myself) will wait awhile to decide on a strategy.

The OP and others bring up perfectly good comments... PMCO FTs have their own complaints about lack of AVOD and such... but there is no way around the fact that PMUA elites are getting the shaft in many ways, while the PMCO staff just see major improvements coming... the least we can ask for is a professional attitude from the CO staff.

We will not go quietly into the night... no one should accept rude service, much less in this economic environment.
