MedJet Assist
Thankfully, I have never had to use my medjet assist benefits; however, I can attest to their great customer service. I had an annual personal membership paid for by my employer. At the time of a personal vacation about 6 months through a membership year, I paid for a "family" membership assuming that my own coverage would be extended for 6 more months and my husband would also then be covered for our international vacation. One day out of the blue I received a call from MedJet wanting to make arrangements to refund my card because they found that I was currently covered under 2 plans. They prorated my personal membership without any difficulty. I suppose I should've just called in the first place, but it was a pleasant surprise.
