Yes. A few weeks ago I flew OMA-IAH and e-checkin offered a $200 voucher to be placed on the list. I did not accept. Got to the gate and they were still seven overbooked so they offered $300. I tried to negotiate more but the individual working the gate (a UA rep) said that CO maxed out the offer at $300. So took the $300 and went the next day.
