I had some old hag (sorry pots and kettles come to mind) whinge on once years ago when there was tongue in the salad. She objected to this on the grounds that it had been in an animals mouth. I am not making this up.

I replied that by the same shouldn't British Airways should also ban boiled eggs. She did not find it funny as her husband roared with laughter.
