For an upcoming business trip next month, I have found that it prices out cheaper for me to fly from India into BKK on TG and then pick up one of SQ's SPECIAL INTERNET FARES ex-BKK to my destination than to buy a single SQ/TG ticket from here.

However, I know that the fares that I purchase from my agent here are all fully changeable with no penalties - flexibility that I need when traveling on work. The SQ internet fare I am looking at books in "B" class (earns miles!), is valid for travel on flights SQ 0-999 on all days of the week during the period I intend to travel, is refundable for THB1000 penalty and has no other restrictions that I have a problem with. However, there is absolutely nothing mentioned in the fare rules about CHANGES being allowed beyond the standard disclaimer that you should contact them about changes.

Being the weekend here, the local SQ office is closed till Monday (and the fare has a June 30 sales deadline so that is running it very tight) but I figured that some FTer probably has experience with one of these fares before and may be able to advise. I'd much rather buy online and e-ticket with SQ directly rather than have to book and collect tix through a BKK travel agent.

Anyone dealt with these fares before and knows the low-down about making changes to them? Other suggestions are also appreciated.
