I'm not Plat, so the M-up doesn't work for me. It would have to be all the way to YB. Maybe they just lower the price a lot.

If the pilot's contract terms required a seat in F, he would have been assigned one as positive space. If the action was permitted for some reason, then CO can close the case....but unless this stuff gets reported, rogue agents will still flaunt the rules.
I flew CO1033 on Oct. 24 from IAH to SFO. Given this was my first time on CO as an elite, I didn't want to pick a fight. I also wasn't #1 on the list at that point anyway.
