So I clicked on "Book with airline partners" on the BA site for a reward to ticket from YVR to HKG but all it shows are flights via Heathrow. When I called in, they could see flights going direct to HKG.
Did I do something wrong?
i've booked with cathay on ba.com before.
go to "spending miles"
then "book with miles"
enter YVR to HKG, your dates, and class of service, etc.
you should see a message that states that BA doesn't fly that route. click on "show partner flights." and it should show you availability on CX
