Since about two years you need to pay the full amount in points. It used to be 50 points to pay a fee of CHF 100, now it is 100 points to pay a fee of CHF 100

Why does it make a difference if the denomination is 1/5/10/25/77 points? It isn't that hard to spend them, really:
