Hahaha, yes, I think DCA gets most of its luxury vehicles from other locations. It still was in fairly good condition despite 15K miles.

It's amusing that so many of National's luxury vehicles go one-way to DCA, especially considering their frequently exorbitant retail one-way rates. I know there are some Elite status tiers that allow free days to be used for one-ways of luxury cars, but for there to be so many, it's likely someone actually paid for this. There was a one-way special out of NY recently, so maybe this was on the ES or something, and someone paying the special rate got a nice upgrade.
