I am sorry I wasn't clear. I requested an upgrade 12 hours earlier. The flight is next week.

I got an operational once from Y to C on SIN-NRT when I used my LH SEN card a couple of years ago. I was a no-status guy then with SQ.

And with CX, I've gotten double upgrades more than three or four times but with SQ, I guess it is close to an impossibility, isn't it?
